PTO Cruising Alternator with Compressor

The PTO alternator runs directly from the engine / gear box PTO outlet and is connected to an inverter which is placed in a save position. The output of the inverter is 4kW continuous power 240V/50Hz through sign wave.

Each system is designed separately to meet the engine’s speed requirements and the cruising alternator can operate in variable speeds of the engine from approx 1500-3000rpm.

In addition to the cruising alternator there is a belt driven compressor from the rear of the alternator that is capable of producing up to 100,000 BTUs of refrigeration power. This can be pumped into a suitable condensing unit.

Larger capacity compressors can also be mounted, pending requirements. The output of the compressor is proportional to the rpms of the engine.
